Group Travel Planning

Group Trips Should Bring People Together, Not Stress You Out

Anyone who’s planned a group vacation knows the challenge.

One person wants a luxury resort. Someone else is focused on budget. Another wants nonstop sightseeing.

Someone inevitably asks, “Can we just decide already?”

That’s where I come in.

I help organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and itineraries that balance everyone’s priorities while keeping the planning process simple.

Whether you’re coordinating a family reunion, birthday celebration, corporate retreat, friends’ getaway, or multigenerational vacation, I’ll help create a trip everyone can look forward to.

Why Work With a Travel Advisor?

Group travel comes with so many moving parts. Whether your group is 5 people or 50, it can be tough to know how to cover all of your bases while making sure to keep everyone happy. Working with a travel advisor takes some of that pressure off your shoulders.

I Keep Everyone Organized

I'll make sure everyone has their passports, knows where to be and when, and that our booked partners know what to expect. You don't have to lift a finger.

Recommendations That Fit Your Group

I'll recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on your group's interests, mobility, budget, and travel style.

Save Time

Instead of comparing dozens of hotels and activities, receive carefully selected options that actually fit your group's needs.

Flexible Planning

From travelers arriving on different flights to optional excursions, I'll help create an itinerary that works for everyone.

Less Stress

Planning should feel exciting, not like managing another full-time job. You can be as involved or uninvolved in the process as you'd like.

Fun fact!

I’m the oldest of ten! Most of my siblings have started having kids too, so our family trips can easily exceed 20+ people.

How Group Trip Planning Works

01

Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation about your destination ideas, travel style, timeline, and priorities. I'd love to talk to as many people from the group as possible, so I can consider everyone's preferenes.

02

Research & Trip Design

I research hotels, neighborhoods, experiences, and logistics to design a personalized travel plan. If your group qualifies for group rates, I'll secure those for you too. Often times with groups, you will not be on the hook for someone cancelling their portion.

03

Booking Your Travel Experiences

Once your plans are finalized, I coordinate and book eligible travel components such as hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and experiences through trusted travel partners.

04

Flights & Transportation Guidance

While I'm unable to book flights directly, I’m happy to provide guidance on flight options, timing, and airport logistics so you can confidently book airfare that works with your itinerary.

05

Pre-Trip Preparation

Before departure, you’ll receive helpful travel tips, destination insights, and recommendations to help you make the most of your trip.

06

Travel With Confidence

During your trip, you’ll have a well-prepared itinerary and a trusted advisor available if you need guidance related to your travel arrangements.

This service is perfect if:

You're planning for six or more travelers.

Everyone has different budgets.

Travelers are flying from different cities.

You want someone else handling the logistics.

You'd rather enjoy the trip than organize it.

Generally six or more travelers, though smaller groups can also benefit from custom planning depending on the trip.

Absolutely. Depending on the suppliers and accommodations selected, separate payment options are often available.

Yes. I can help coordinate itineraries for travelers arriving from different cities or on different schedules.

Of course. Group trips don’t mean everyone has to do everything together. We can build in optional experiences and free time.
